u can create a blog at www.blogspot.com. then ur blog address will apperar as www.urblogname.blogspot.com to remove blogspot at the ending of ur website name, u can buy a .com domain. then u can get ur website as www.urblogname.com. at blogspot in settings tab under publishing u can change ur domain name. If u are not willing to buy u can get a free domain with .tk extension at .tk website.
